Object History:
I’ve been around for quite a while, once part of a family’s home, witnessing years of laughter, family dinners, and quiet moments. When my owner moved out, I was left behind—forgotten, worn, a relic of the past. My new chapter began when another owner placed me on the back deck, where I held potted plants, soaking up sun and rain. The house has since been torn down, but I remained—a symbol of how fragments of people’s lives stay connected.
Today, I’ve been adopted by someone who saw potential in my weathered surface. They transformed me into something beautiful, covering me with a vibrant mosaic of tiles that each tell their own story.
I’m no longer just a table. I’ve become a new creation, embodying how life’s broken moments can be reassembled into something extraordinary—a little piece of everyone’s story.
