Mosaic Classes This class is a welcoming and creative space where you can explore mosaic, an ancient and inspiring art form. You will learn essential mosaic techniques while working on a project that reflects your own style and ideas. You will finish the class with a completed mosaic project and the skills to start designing and creating your own pieces. Create Your Own Project You can choose to make one indoor or outdoor piece per class, such as: a second-hand decorative frame, a shaped wooden board, a garden stake or more. The mosaic area you will work on is approximately 4 inches square, an ideal size to enjoy the process and see beautiful results. All Levels Welcome: This class is open to both beginners and those with prior experience, offering a space to grow, experiment, and feel inspired. If you are new to mosaic, you will receive a brief introduction to mosaic art, materials, and the use of basic tools. If you already have some experience, the more familiar you are with mosaic techniques, the more detail you will be able to incorporate into your design. What’s Included: • Tools available for use during class • A wide variety of mosaic tiles in many colors, along with other inspiring materials • You are welcome to bring additional elements to personalize your mosaic and make it even more special • Individual guidance and attention throughout the class • One complimentary follow-up class to finish your project if needed, coordinated with the instructor The class is conducted in English. If you would like to practice your Spanish with me, you are very welcome to do so. Sustainability I love promoting sustainability in every class by using second-hand materials and repurposed objects.
