Upcycle an objetc.
Transform your story.
The 8 "Rs" of Transformation
A 4-session creative upcycling journey

Slow down, reflect, and
create with intention.
Over the sessions, you will transform an object through painting and mixed media while also exploring your own personal transformation through guided writing, creative techniques, visualizations, and gentle sharing.

This is not just about learning how to repurpouse furniture.
It is about honoring a moment in your life, taking what serves you, letting the rest go, and gaining tools, exercises, and visualizations to help you embrace your life.
Transformation does not happen all at once.
It happens in layers.
01
Realize & Release
We begin by noticing what is present in the object and in ourselves.
This session focuses on awareness, preparation, and letting go of old layers to create space for something new.
02
Rebound & Reinvent
We explore resilience and possibility.Through paint, color, and texture, we begin building new layers that reflect how we reimagine ourselves after change.
03
Restore & Revive
This is where energy returns. As we refine details and bring the piece to life, we reflect on creativity, joy, and how we revive parts of ourselves that may have been quiet for a while.
04
Respond & Rejoice
We complete our project and our journey together. This final session is about reflection, sharing, celebration, and identifying tools participants can carry forward into their lives.
